Square One Gallery presents “Sweat & Blood”, a solo exhibition by Jeremy Booth, opening February 7th from 6-9pm.
Kentucky-based artist Jeremy Booth boldly captures the essence of the Wild West with daring minimalism in his art. Through his modern portrayal of the West, Booth seeks to honor and celebrate the figures and lifestyles he paints.
“I want my work to portray the western lifestyle that I love so much. I think that’s honesty, I think that’s respect, I think that’s boldness and adventure. I want to pay respect to the people who truly live that lifestyle. There are attributes of the ‘cowboy’ that everyone resonates with - hard work, commitment, honor - things that people can grasp and be a part of.”
